Yoga and meditation can help people work on their physical and emotional health by building mindfulness. Breathing techniques used in yoga can benefit emotional health as well. Participants will learn breathing techniques and participate in basic meditation. Yoga exercises will be gentle, adaptable to ability, and great for beginners.
